Questions
What counts as a unit?
A lookup by number is 1 unit, a search by name is 2, and the coverage list is free. Errors cost nothing, except “not found” on a well-formed number, which is a real answer and costs 1 unit.
What happens at the limit?
Calls stop with a clear “quota exceeded” message until your quota resets at the start of the next month, or until you move to a bigger plan. There are no overage charges.
Can I cancel?
Payments aren't open yet. Plans will be monthly, and the cancellation terms will be shown in our Terms and at checkout before you pay anything.
Which countries?
France (the full public register) and Spain (companies with a BORME act since 6 October 2025). Morocco is planned; more countries will be chosen with our first customers.
Is it official data?
Yes. It comes from the official registers, under their open licences. We keep the register's wording, add normalized codes and English labels, and show the source and check date on every record.
Do you store what I look up?
We count units per key per day, for your quota and billing. Our technical logs keep the time, status and address of each call, which for a lookup includes the company number, but never your search text. We never sell any of it or use it for marketing.
