What you send
- A CSV or a plain list, up to 20 rows.
- France: company name and SIREN or SIRET.
- Spain: company name and province (Spanish companies can't be looked up by NIF).
- No personal data: companies only.
What you get back, for each company
- Status, with its date.
- Registered address and identifiers.
- France: BODACC insolvency notices. Spain: the latest BORME act.
- The source and the check date of each fact.
- A proof code for each verification.
- A “what we could not confirm” column.
What we measure together
- Minutes saved per company.
- Issues found: ceased companies, address mismatches, insolvency notices.

Six companies, checked through the live API on 12 October 2026. Peugeot SA comes back unverified: the register shows it ceased, and the file says so.

What do you need from us?
Up to 20 companies: name and SIREN or SIRET for France, name and province for Spain. No personal data.
How fast do we get the file?
Within 24 hours of receiving your list.
Which countries are covered?
France and Spain. In Spain, Fuentio holds companies with a BORME act since 2 January 2009, and there is no NIF or CIF lookup.
Do you check people, such as directors?
No. Fuentio checks companies only: no person's name appears in any answer.
