In Spain, most people know a company by its name: search by name. Lookup by Spanish tax ID (NIF/CIF) isn't covered yet.
Personal data, handled with care
- Officers' names and roles appear only when the register publishes them officially, and nothing else about them: no birth dates, no nationality, no addresses.
- National ID numbers printed in BORME texts are removed before anything is stored.
- French companies that opted out of public diffusion are left out, as the source leaves them out.
- When the BOE later withdraws a document from indexing, we hide the officer data that came from it.
- There is no search by a person's name.
- Anyone can ask us to review a record.
